From meeting Douglas to completing part 1 of our project, it has been a pleasure to deal with him.
Open and transparent, he never tried to lower the price to meet someone else’s price. This demonstrated clearly to me had given me the best price in the first instance. He also clearly explained what his product was vs. what the competition were providing.
Douglas communicated as much as was needed so that I always knew what to expect, but never overdoing it.
Thank goodness we chose his product.
It is beautifully made, perfect fabric to match the blinds. Best of all, it is genuinely BLOCK OUT.
The team hung the curtains perfectly. They came back to check if the curtains had dropped enough (which they had not) and promptly ensured the problem was fixed.
I would highly recommend using Douglas for curtains (and surely then for any other interior decor) as he is a pleasure to deal with, but more importantly, he delivers a good product at a fair price.
